    Are there any requirements for accessing NowInfinity’s legal document review services? 

    Each document submitted for client legal review through NowInfinity should have been created using a template from the NowInfinity Document Suite. After a document has been generated, it can be reviewed by a legal service provider according to the review service specified you have selected.   

    Do you cover bulk review jobs? 

    Our client legal review services can assess documents ordered in bulk quantities, making them useful for inquiries on items such as SMSF deeds of variation and other volume documents. However, our pricing guidelines for business entity document reviews by legal service providers are fixed based on the categories listed above.  

    How does client legal review work? 

    Legal document review involves having a solicitor review the documents generated by the NowInfinity platform to confirm they meet a specific requirement. Class’ legal document review services are managed through the NowInfinity platform, which also includes the Corporate Messenger, Super Comply and Trust Register tools.   

    This optional service, if selected, involves a third-party legal service provider reviewing your platform generated documents to provide advice based on the type of service you have requested. Our client legal reviews are categorised into three services:  

    • Data Confirmation: Only the contents of the document are reviewed by the legal service provider  
    • Scope Review: The document is reviewed by the legal service provider based on a particular concern from you or your client  
    • Comprehensive Review: The entire situation is considered by the legal service provider alongside the contents of the document  

    Is NowInfinity legal review available to Class users? 

    NowInfinity’s client legal review service provides Class users with an additional layer of accredited legal backing for their documents.  To access the service, simply log into your NowInfinity account and the legal entity document review service will be provided as an option when you place your order for selected documents.  If you don’t have a NowInfinity account, you can sign up for an account or contact our team for more information.   

    What kinds of legal documents can you have reviewed 

    NowInfinity’s client legal review services allow you to access legal advice on a number of the 70+ document templates that can be created using the NowInfinity platform including a range of Discretionary Trust, Company and SMSF documents.  You can see the full range of documents that you can request legal document review on here.

    Class launches Client Legal Review service through NowInfinity

    Sydney, March 2022: Australian wealth accounting technology business, Class Limited, has announced it is launching an on-demand client legal review service on its legal documentation platform, NowInfinity.

    Currently launched as beta, NowInfinity’s client legal review (CLR) is an optional add-on service within NowInfinity’s Documentation Suite and is provided in partnership with NowInfinity’s legal services provider, DGF Morgan & Associates.

    Client legal review is the examination and signing-off of a customer completed legal template, ensuring the document is appropriate given the legal scope chosen. NowInfinity’s CLR service is designed to provide accounting professionals and their clients with an extra layer of legal assurance when ordering template documents from the NowInfinity platform to ensure compliance given customer input.

    The three categories offered by NowInfinity’s CLR service include:

    Data confirmation: Applicable when the data entered only is to be reviewed by the legal services provider.

    Scoped review: Applicable when the document produced is to be reviewed taking into consideration particular concerns identified and raised.

    Comprehensive: Applicable when the entire situation of the client needs to be considered.

    NowInfinity’s CLR service provides customers with the flexibility to obtain an appropriate level of legal review required as an optional, on-demand service when creating documents for their clients. For many other platforms, the cost of legal review is incorporated into their document platform removing well-informed choice.
