Class Super: Advancing SMSF Administration
Enhanced Share Registry Integration
In April 2025, we expanded our Share Registry integration by adding support for Automic, joining our existing connections with Boardroom, Computershare, and MUFG Pension & Market Services (formally Link Market Services). This integration provides:
- Ownership details for each security
- End-of-month Share Registry balances with two financial years of history
- A single connection covering all major share registries
With this addition, Class now offers market-leading coverage of over 97% of ASX-listed securities.
Trust Income Schedule Integration with MYOB
To simplify SMSF tax return preparation, we’ve integrated the Trust Income Schedule into the MYOB export for the 2024 financial year. This enhancement ensures that the necessary income details are automatically included, reducing manual data entry and potential errors.
Data Feed Enhancements
We’ve introduced a new data feed for CFS Edge, allowing for seamless integration and data retrieval. Additionally, we’ve resolved issues with the HUB24 feed, including:
- Removal of incorrectly loaded tax statements
- Correction of foreign balances being combined with AUD balances
These improvements ensure more accurate and reliable data for your SMSF administration.
Class Trust: Streamlining Trust Accounting
Introduction of Trust Income Schedule APIs
We’ve launched new APIs to support the Trust Income Schedule, applicable to both SMSFs and trusts from the 2024 financial year onwards. These APIs facilitate:
- Automated population of income details for each security with distributions
- Reconciliation of income data across entities
- Access to current and historical tax lodgment statuses
These enhancements aim to improve efficiency and accuracy in trust administration.
Property Title Search Integration
In February 2025, we introduced a seamless integration for nationwide property title searches. This feature allows users to:
- Verify property ownership efficiently
- Access completed title certificates saved directly in the Class Document Management System (DMS)
- Benefit from discounted pricing, with billing included in the subsequent month’s Class invoice
This integration enhances the trust accounting process by providing quick and reliable property verification.
Corporate Actions: Keeping You Informed
Our commitment to providing comprehensive corporate action support continues. In March 2025, we added support for 61 new corporate actions, ensuring that your records remain up-to-date and accurate. This includes handling of in-specie distributions, scrip takeovers, and cash takeovers.
