What’s new in early 2026

March 13, 2026

Class and NowInfinity continue to evolve to help accountants, administrators and advisers work more efficiently across SMSF administration, property compliance, document management and corporate compliance. These updates reduce friction in day-to-day workflows, strengthen data accuracy, and give firms more control over key compliance tasks.

Class platform enhancements

Recent Class enhancements focus on making property workflows easier to manage, improving document handling, and streamlining operational tasks across reporting, feeds and compliance. In December 2025, Class introduced a paid valuation integration with PropTrack, providing access to desktop and short-form valuations, automated document storage in Class DMS, transparent pricing and rental market appraisal support for SMSF property assets. In January 2026, that capability expanded by a further 1,360 postcodes, taking desktop valuation coverage to more than 80% of Australia.

Class also strengthened user controls for paid property valuations and title searches. Firms can now choose whether ordering access is available to Read & Write users with entity access or limited to Access Controllers only. This supports stronger governance and more consistent property-related workflows.

On reporting and document workflows, Class introduced a member balance history chart parameter for the Consolidated Member Statement, making it easier to add historical balance insights to reporting packs. Class also expanded workpaper functionality with Cloudoffis Lite, enabling a single referenced PDF workpaper file with hyperlinks that is automatically saved to Class DMS and can be shared with auditors more easily.

Class also delivered a range of updates that improve data accuracy and platform reliability. These include support for the Cboe Australia CXA exchange within the Betashares data feed, correct display of leading zeros in bank account numbers to help prevent SuperStream issues, a fix for incorrect compliance statuses caused by Super Fund Lookup sync issues, and improved paid valuation request details. Class also resolved DMS bulk download issues where duplicate file names caused problems and fixed a checkbox interaction issue on the DMS landing page.

Together, these Class enhancements strengthen property compliance capability, better connect reporting and document workflows, and reduce manual effort for firms managing SMSFs at scale.

NowInfinity enhancements

Recent NowInfinity updates focus on stronger security, smoother ASIC and entity-management workflows, and better data integrity between NowInfinity and connected systems. In February 2026, NowInfinity announced an update to Office 365 SMTP authentication, moving towards OAuth-based authentication to align with modern security standards, while keeping basic authentication available for now.

NowInfinity also delivered a series of compliance and document-generation fixes, including: ensuring each shareholder parcel appears on its own line in Form 2205; fixing corrupted invoice attachments in annual statement payment reminders; correctly displaying Legal Personal Representatives in Form 484E resolutions; and ensuring Director ID Numbers populate correctly after a director appointment is lodged via Form 484. The platform also corrected Annual Statement cover letter date logic and resolved an issue that could unexpectedly log users out when opening ASIC forms from a company profile.

For SMSF, trust and registration workflows, improvements included: adding an Amend Document button to selected SMSF establishment collaboration pages; auto-populating director signing details in Form 492 mistake corrections; fixing Docusign detection of a second witness signature; correcting trust imports from XPM where some discretionary trusts were imported as fixed trusts; improving validation when adding unitholders to trusts; and fixing member numbering in the NowInfinity-to-Class integration so member numbers start at 1 (rather than 0) when received in Class.

Overall, these enhancements improve the reliability of NowInfinity for firms managing company, trust and SMSF documentation, while also supporting smoother data flow between NowInfinity and Class.

What this delivers

For Class customers, this release cycle improves workflows tied to property compliance, reporting, document storage and feed management. For NowInfinity customers, the updates strengthen compliance administration, document accuracy and platform security. For firms using both platforms, the combined impact is a more connected ecosystem for managing SMSFs, corporate compliance and entity administration—with fewer manual workarounds.
