ASIC Form 362
Have you seen the news from ASIC? Under the Electronic Lodgment Protocol (ELP) on April 1, Form 362 can now be electronically signed. ASIC Registered Agents can now collect and store the form 362 electronically, instead of obtaining the physically signed form. The option to physically sign a paper version of the document remains available.
